Thin mouthfeel, bitter and smoky in an unenjoyable way.
Someone said "burnt microwave popcorn" smell but I think that applies to the taste as well.
Wouldn't try it again or recommend it.
Aroma has cocoa shake, milk chocolate and some coffee liquor.

It smells of lightly roasted caramel malt, bittersweet cocoa powder, some earthy black fruitiness, anise spice, ethereal cafe-au-lait, brown sugar, and mild leafy, weedy, and floral green hop bitters.
The taste is bready and doughy caramel malt, a lesser biscuity toffee thing, gritty milk chocolate, some free-range ashiness, demarara sugar, still faint coffee grounds, ephemeral black licorice, bruised stone fruit, and more understated earthy, herbal, and floral noble hoppiness.
The carbonation is fairly low-key in its innocuous frothiness, the body a decent medium weight, and generally smooth, with just a touch of char causing a wee fuss here.
It finishes off-dry, the cocoa and malt keeping the engine chugging along.
Overall - this comes across as a pleasantly rendered strong stout, where the connection to the titular confection doesn't really materialize, and having recently closed down back yard firepit season with my preschooler, I know of what I speak.
Still, a pretty good offering.

Full mouthfeel with very little carbonation I feel that the name is very misleading.
There is nothing that resembles s'mores in this beer unless you associate bitter chocolate with your s'mores.
I guess the mild smokiness evokes campfire thoughts, but I am bitterly disappointed in this beer.
I'm glad I did not pay for it, directly.
